Meditation

There are countless ways of meditation. I am currently only acquainted with it but just begin it is not a good thing. I tried… I become so sick after my first meditation that I did not dare it again for long time. The second went much better.

On the internet there are many of books for understanding this, everyone can choose on his own will. To be honest I am too lazy to read out one book, to get a picture about one way of meditation. I looked for articles and finally with hard work I found the best. It describes everything what we need to know about the types of meditations.

Everything is in harmony by everything is the opposite of everything. Men-Woman, Black-White, Up-Down, Left-Right, In-Out, Empty-Full, Noise-Silence, Strong-Weak, Spirit-Body, Good-Bad, Yin-Yang.

Balance is when you find the center of something.

When I do not feel good, when something worries me, if I`m angry, concerned they`re a signal of it that I`m out of my balance. To find it again, I meditate.

In order to find the way, which will raise me, first I should get to the floor. To be able to receive some knowledge, I must first of all vacate my mind. For me THIS is the meditation.

Meditation may involve generating an emotional state for the purpose of analyzing that state—such as anger, hatred, etc.—or cultivating a particular mental response to various phenomena, such as compassion. The term “meditation” can refer to the state itself, as well as to practices or techniques employed to cultivate the state. Meditation may also involve repeating a mantra and closing the eyes. The mantra is chosen based on its suitability to the individual meditator. Meditation has a calming effect and directs awareness inward until pure awareness is achieved, described as “being awake inside without being aware of anything except awareness itself. In brief, there are dozens of specific styles of meditation practice, and many different types of activity commonly referred to as meditative practices.

This blog has to write my experineces, so after the lot of scientific, pedantic words I think I will explain my ideologicals, experiences, collected small knowledge about meditation.

As I was mentioned the first one affected me very badly. Competent persons sad to me right away, based on the symptomatic descriptions, that I went too deep. I did not even know what they are talking about. I started because of curiosity, and especially the purpose was driven me to become calm. I wanted to strengthen my inner peace.

It is good if I have some idea about it –I thought, so I started to look after the things. Well, when I readed the more the more I got confused. And so I decided that I will rely on my feelings. I will do it as I like, as I think. I could meditate in either minute of the day. On the bus, in the shower, or I tried to relax myself while I was listening to meditation music. This was the best. There are quality, level differences between meditation and meditation. Hear the inner voice and of course listen to it is a very amazing thing. But when I clear my mind fully, and I don`t expect anything from the meditation, I try to think of nothing, release myself, in a confortable sitting position, that is some incredible feeling. I do not usually ask in this situation. I don`t expect anything. I just make my mind empty to make free space to the spontaneously received thoughts. If I get. I focus on the music. I choose some circular “ligature”, tune and I`m waiting for it, sometimes I croon it, I get fully tuned.

A word more than hundred… I enjoy these meditations. Later I will write my new experiences connected to this. But now let`s see what I what else I got to know:

There are some who meditate targeted. He want to increase his focus or his inner voice, want to feel, hear his intuiton better, using it for healing, stepping into another world, for better selfknowing or working on harmony, finding the inner peace. As I mentioned there are many kind of meditations. I`m sure I would us it in childhood. Otherwise the discovery started, there are schools where medtitation lessions are hold. For hyperactive childrens this is a great help.

Some tips for meditation:

Feeling clean can help. Take a shower, light clothes, flowers, incense for example. Breath should be slow, calm, airy light. Spine should be straight, sitting position is the best, if you lie down you can fall asleep easily, and this is not meditation anymore… 😀 Before you get started, ask for advice from an expert, who you trust!!!

One more thing, many peoples are holding meditation lessions.This is not a bad idea if it won`t work at homealone, or this is somekind of group therapy. If man knows, feels why he would like to meditate. In a group there are always a common will and control. Not sure that this is what is needed. As for Me I don`t like this situations, I believe that if man searching himself that 200 others are not needed for this. I think this is a lonley task largely. Of course, if we talk about healing, and so on… It can be a good idea! We have to choose what is good for us, and for what we need to be alone.

Meditation is independent from age, sex, condition, religion.
